11. At age 11 due to her grades deteriorating her parents took her to a specialist. It was then discovered that her hearing was severely impaired due to a gradual nerve damage.
12. At the age of 8, when she was waiting for playing the piano, her name was called yet she didn't respond and her mother realised that she hadn't heard.
