4.1. My love for helping & caring for people

4.1.1. As a future spouse, my responsibility is to help my partner in times of distress. This can happen during sickness & health-related problems or stress-related problems (bills, etc.)

4.1.2. My ultimate calling in life is to help people. I dislike being self-centered. In a crowded room, I focus on others. I see their struggles and try to make the best of their situations with my aid. I give them comfort and a sense of belonging. I make sure they feel welcomed. My passion is to make sure someone is doing well and solving problems.

4.1.3. As a teacher, it is my responsibility to help my students. It goes beyond classroom needs (homework & lessons). Following Abraham Maslow's Hierachy of Needs, I will make sure that physiological, safety, a sense of loving and belonging, self-esteem, and self-actualization are all met prior to teaching. It is my goal for students to be ready for class but if these needs are not met, then they are not ready. They are distracted and need care.
