1. Phase #3-Cultivate, Preserve, Expand (Archambult & Masunaga, 2015)
1.1. All team members: continue to analyze and create maps, find and fix gaps, discrepancies, or repetition, analyze different types of assessments, begin expanding to the next subject when the time is right (Jacobs, 2021), support teacher buy in (Rawle et al., 2017)
1.1.1. Elementary Principal: Continue to provide teachers time to plan (Hale, 2008, as cited in Lyle, 2010)
1.2. Director of curriculum and Instruction: Continue to facilitate meetings and planning (Hale, 2008, as cited in Lyle, 2010)
2. Phase #4-Progressive Mapping (Archambult & Masunaga, 2015)
2.1. All team members including new subject/grade level team members: design curriculum to meet the needs of the students for that particular time frame (Jacobs, 2021)
3. Phase #1-Ground work(Archambult & Masunaga, 2015)
3.1. Grade level teachers: Diary Map (Shilling, 2013), support teacher buy in (Rawle et al., 2017), Actively participate in extensive curriculum mapping training (Lyle, 2010)
3.2. Elementary School Principal: Support teacher buy in (Rawle et al., 2017), Actively participate in extensive curriculum mapping training (Lyle, 2010), Planning time facilitation (Hale, 2008, as cited by Lyle, 2010)
3.3. Elementary School Reading Coach: Support teacher buy in (Rawle et al., 2017), Actively participate in extensive curriculum mapping training (Lyle, 2010)
3.4. Middle and High School Representatives: Diary Map (Shilling, 2013), Actively participate in extensive curriculum mapping training (Lyle, 2010)
3.5. Director of Curriculum and Instruction: Actively participate in extensive curriculum mapping training (Lyle, 2010), support teacher buy in (Rawle et al., 2017), planning meeting facilitation (Hale, 2008, as cited in Lyle, 2010)
4. Phase #2-Implementation (Archambult & Masunaga, 2015)
4.1. All team members: Work together to determine expectancy outcomes, examine standards, analyze diary and vertical maps, lesson grouping planning, and identify assessments (Jacobs, 2021)
