1.3.3. The disadvantages of water conservation: when the water runs dry people can’t get enough to drink, wash and feed crops and economic decline may occur.

1.3.4. Ways to conserve water: check your taps for leaks, wash fruits and vegetables in a bowl.

1.3.4.1. Air Pollution does affect us in the kitchen people use a variety of heat sources to cook food including gas, wood and electricity each of these heat sources can create indoor pollution during cooking

1.3.4.1.1. Cooking can also generate unhealthy air pollutions from heating oil, fat and other food ingredients, especially at high temperatures. Self cleaning ovens, wether gas or electricity can create high levels of pollutions as food waste is burned away. Exposure to this can cause or worsen a wide range of health problems such as nose, throat, headache, fatigue and nausea.
