IPO Automation

1. Check the csv file available for New IPO

1.1. Check the 2nd line of csv file.

1.2. If second line other than header is not available means quit the IPO program

2. If yes means read the content first

2.1. How many IPO call is occur for the particular Day

2.1.1. Add the values into POJO then process them one by One

2.1.2. Call the 4 urls and hit the url then check the response with status code

2.1.2.1. once process is completed then notification occurs in slack.

2.1.2.1.1. Finally IPO is added and delete the new ly added file for .csv file
