1. Why we need technology
1.1. To continue to improve our quality of life

1.2.1. To keep pace with the ever changing environment around us

1.4. Technology is the solution to the constant flow of new problems in the world

3.1. “Technology is anything that wasn’t around when you were born” (Greelish, 2013)

4.1.2.1. Bad technology leads to finding new solutions, therefore creating more technology.
4.2. "Technology represents the combination of human understanding of natural laws and phenomena accumulated since ancient times to make things that fulfil our needs and desires or that perform certain functions" (Li-Hua, 2007)
4.3. In the video What is Technology (2019) it states that "Technologies are things created by humans that can make our lives easier or solve problems"
4.4. Prof. Dr. Aytekin ISMAN (2012) says that "Human’s use of technology involves not only machines (e.g., computer hardware) and instruments, but also includes structured relations with other humans, machines, and the environment."
4.5. According to the Definitions of Technology, Engineering, and Applications of Science "Technology is any modification of the natural world made to fulfill human needs or desires" (Read, 2012)
