2. General Anxiety DIsorder

2.1. Causes:

2.1.1. specific cause is unknown

2.2. Symptoms

2.2.1. excessive, ongoing worry that interferes with day-to-day activity

2.2.2. restlessness, fatigue, difficultly concentrating, irritability, muscle tension, and problems sleeping

2.3. Treatment

2.3.1. psychotherapy, medication, coping mechanisms and lifestyle changes.

3. Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

3.1. Causes

3.1.1. exposure to a situation where actual or threatened death, sexual violence, or serious injury occurred

3.2. Treatment

3.2.1. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Recovering Therapy (EMDR), medication

3.3. Symptoms

3.3.1. Avoidance of stimuli, negative alterations in cognition, alterations in arousal and reactivity. Significant sleep disturbances, reckless or self-destructive behavior, trouble maintaining relationships, depression, substance abuse.
