4. Construction began in September 21st, 2004, Exterior was done on October 1st 2009 and finally opened on January 4th 2010 with chief architect, Adrian Smith. The construction cost about 1.5 billion dollars.

The main reason is it's elevator which is all glass so that tourists can see and take pictures go the world around them. The building also includes fireworks, man made lake and even base jumping.
