marinaded vegetables

1. marinade
1.1. 1 clove garlic cut into small slices
1.2. 10 tablespoons vegetable oil
1.3. 50 -100ml. wine vinegar
1.4. 1 teaspoon dried thyme
1.5. 1 teaspoon salt
1.6. 1-2 tablespoons sugar
1.7. 1 bay leaf
2. onion
2.1. 2 onions peel and cut into 8 pieces
3. bell peppers
3.1. boil water
3.2. each of 5 bell pepper cut into 3 parts
3.3. blanch in boiling water for 7 minutes
