4. Second contributing factor of our American education crisis is the need for effective/quality curricula.

4.1. Bergeson (2007) writes, "Alignment of curriculum instruction, and assessment adds coherence and effectiveness to teaching and learning processes."

4.2. Explanation – It is imperative that information attended to be learned is correlates to the information being taught, and will be tested.
