1. Early-exit transitional program

1.6. I plan to encourage low-level students to use their language for concrete understanding. After they reach a certain level, they will be required to use only English.
2. Two-way immersion program
2.1. Both native speakers and second languages learners taught in two languages
2.2. Students can learn both languages
2.3. Lasts for at least four years
2.4. Equal mixture of speakers of both languages
2.5. Teachers use one language at a time
2.6. Maintain proper level in school curriculum
2.7. Student proficiency in both languages
2.8. I plan to encourage students to use learn different languages. The Korean students can learn the language of the Indian students and vice versa.
