3.1. Partner with Department Manager on strategic planning for all asset deliveries and key consumer products milestones Research, locate, manage development of, and securely deliver required film assets for product and packaging development via the proper Pixar approval channels. Assets include: Film reference material Digital Files (OBJ and Maya) CG Poses Backgrounds Color call-outs Film scripts and editorial Create efficiencies across asset development and delivery pipelines Trouble-shoot issues with assets, file conversions, and any production related concerns Update and manage CP assets within the Pixar Focus digital repository

4. Exhibition Archivist

4.1. Partner with Department Manager on strategic planning for all asset deliveries and key consumer products milestones Research, locate, manage development of, and securely deliver required film assets for product and packaging development via the proper Pixar approval channels. 5. Production Resource Associate

5.1. Provide administrative support for the DHs Maintain workday calendars for the DHs Book travel and submit expense reports for the occasional travel by DHs Support DHs in their communications with productions and with artists Take notes in meetings with productions Confirm deployment dates for artists assigned to productions Update artists’ home departments, projects, and managers in database Monitor staffing transitions within the technical departments Maintain an accurate deployment database Ensure that newly hired technical artists settle in properly

6. Photo Editor

6.1. Proactively work with Vice President of Publicity, Publicity Manager, Senior Publicist, Creative Services Managers, Disney Stills and Publicity teams to coordinate and promptly respond to film asset requests in line with the PR visual asset strategy
