OJ Simpson vs People of the State of California

1. Crime: Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman were found murdered outside of Nicole's Bundy Drive condominium in LA. Brown had been stabbed multiple times in the head and neck, and had defensive wounds on her hands

2. Crime Acording to Prosecution: After a trip to McDonald's, prosecutors said Simpson grabbed his knit cap and the gloves and headed for his ex-wife's condo. Then, prosecutors said, he stabbed his ex-wife and then turned on Ron Goldman, a man who was just in the wrong place at the wrong time

3. Victim: Nicole Brown Simpson

4. Motive (acording to Prosecution): OJ had been accused of domestic violence multiple times during their marriage and OJ was jealous and bitter that Nicole divorced him

Evidence (for prosecution): 1)OJ's hair found at scene and on Ron Goldman's shirt 2) fibers from OJ's Bronco found on gloves used in crime 3) blood from scene found in OJ's house and car 4) the right glove found at OJ's house and the left glove found at BUndy residence 5) footprints in the sixe of OJ found at the scene

6. I agree that there were too many holes in the case to convict OJ Simpson but i do believe he killed NIcole Brown Simpson and Ron GOldman, the police just messed up collecting evidence

8. Crime Acording to Defense: The defense insisted Simpson was home alone during the time the crime was committed- making phone calls, chipping golf shots in the yard, napping, packing for his late flight -- and that he had no time to commit double murder.

Evidence (for defense): 1) glove did not slide on easily 2) amounts of blood found at the scene were not consistent with the size of the cut on his hand, allegedly caused by a knife 3)claimed blood-soaked sock was found at the scene 4) claimed thaqt since some evidence was corrupt all the evidence must be excluded
