7.7. One body, one Spirit, one hope, one faith, one Lord, one baptism, one God and Father of all. 4:4-6
7.7.1. But grace was given to each of us... Christ gave the apostles, prophets, evangelists, shepherds and teachers - to equip the saints for works of ministry for building up the body 4:11-12
7.7.1.1. Until we attain to the unity of the faith and the knowledge of the Son, to mature manhood, to the measure and stature of the fullness of Christ 4:13
7.7.1.1.1. So you are no longer tossed by false doctrine 4:14

Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, 16 from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love. 4:15-16

8. Walking
8.1. You were dead in your trespasses and sins in which you once walked, following the world and satan 2:1-2

8.3. Walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called - humility, gentleness, patience, love, eager to maintain the unity 4:1-3
8.4. No longer walk as the Gentiles do - in the futility of their minds 4:17-19

9. Mystery of his will
9.1. He has made it known to us 1:9

9.5. Paul was given the grace to bring to light the plan of the mystery so that through the church the manifold wisdom of God might be made known to rulers and authorities 3:8-10
10. To the praise of his glory
10.1. Predestined for adoption according the his will to the praise of his glorious grace with which he has blessed us in Jesus 1:5-6
10.2. So that those who were the first to hope in Christ might be to the praise of his glory 1:12

11. What you were/what you are
11.1. Maturity
11.2. Dead/Alive
11.2.1. God being rich in mercy because of his love for us even when we were dead made us alive in Christ 1:7
11.2.2. You were dead in your trespasses and sins 2:1
11.2.2.1. You followed the world and satan - you lived in the passions of your flesh 2:2-3
11.2.3. But even when we were dead God made us alive together with Christ 2:4-5
11.3. Seated in the heavenly places 2:6
11.4. Jew/Gentile
11.4.1. Gentile in the flesh 'uncircumcision'. You were separated from Christ, alienated from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers to the covenant of promise, having no hope without God 2:11-12
11.4.2. But now in Jesus you have been brought near 2:13
11.4.3. Through him we both have access in one Spirit to the Father, you are no longer strangers and aliens, you are fellow citizens 2:19
