1.1. The aspect of deconstructing and constructing facial features by either piecing parts of faces together and separating and distorting, playing around with the juxtaposition.
2. Mediums
2.1. I've experimented with acrylic, watercolor pencils, charcoals and charcoal and charcoal pencils. I narrowed it down to acrylic paint to for my final piece
2.2. A medium/style is using an app to create many different textures and effects for bold and eye-catching imagery
3. Editing
3.1. This will be my main basis and technique of creating my own unique style and imagery of my topic. I take my idea, edit the pieces, add my own style and imagery and then create an artwork with different mediums.
4. Artist Studies
4.1. John Clang - i've chosen to look at Clang's work because his style incorporates the mixture of faces by mixing and tearing many different faces to create one face and i'd like look into this aspect in my planning.
4.2. Manny Robertson - his art work incorporates the stitching of faces together as a surgeon would mark the face or body of his client for where he is going to operate and this something I plan on incorporating
5. Cohesion
5.1. For my final piece I plan on incorporating knitting through the paper with string and connecting many pieces together for my artworks
