The assignment was required for me to learn about slavery in Cuba and research the topic on the internet. I had to put it on a webpage and make sure it explained the country\'s problem with oppression.

As a result of my research showed that I can understand what I read about world history. I learned that slavery in Cuba was a major problem throghout the entire country. From the early 1800s to the late 1880s the Cuban slave trade was said to have moved more than a million slaves from and to the island. Right around 1865 the Emancipation Proclamation virtually squashed the entire slave trade in Cuba. The content of my website is highly informative, and provides unique information to the reader. My information went beyond basic facts.

If I were to do another project that requires me to build a web page. I would be sure to provide a different perspective of the issue at hand.
