1. Religion

2. Holidays and celebration

2.1. They have approximately 10 public holidays but they according the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), employer does not require payment for time not worked, such as vacations or holidays .

3. Customs

3.1. Greetings:You shake hands when you meet someone and you shake hands firmly.Some gives light hugs,where you just put arm around her back and just touch her head lightly if you know the person well
