2. Pathophysiology

2.1. Circulatory stasis causes increase in hypoxic tissue.

2.2. Tissue becomes fibrotic leading to ulceration of skin

2.3. Inflammation of tissue causes increase demand of oxygen. Oxygen is decreased to poor clearing of waste by cells leading to cell damage and death.

5.6. Ultra sound of Venus blood flow
