10.1. T stands for TRIM BACK THE URL: Instead of searching for the entire ur, trim it down to the basic company, ie www.oxfordlibrary.com rather than www.oxfordlibrary.com/this-is-how-i-make-an-example/this-is-an-example-of-an-example

11.1. FIND EXACT PHRASES: when searching for something, use the exact phrases: this is especially helpful when trying to source poems or songs that you may only know certain lines of etc etc.
