6 reasons why patients are not customers

1. Patients have been forced to seek the service, in most cases

1.1. PAtients mostly go to doctor for higher reasons as they do not prefer to go to the doctor for linking because they have more obligations with which they must meet day by day.

2. Patients are not paying for the service at least not directly.

2.1. Patients pay a certain amount of monetary per month so they can receive a medical attention in casethey get sick but they certainly don't pay the amount of money it covers realmetes a medical consultation as such, unless it is fenced into medical practices where each tets is charged and medications to be prescribed.

3. A patient they should demand good care, but that care might mean denying the patient what the patient thinks he or she needs.

3.1. The patient has every right to resived good care and a good deal but that does not mean that he has the right to tell the doctor that and how he must do his job, the patient muts trust that the doctor seeks the best to improve his discomfort

4. Sometimes the result of the service is still illness and/or death. This does not mean the service provided was not a good one.

4.1. Many times by more effort the doctor makes to hepl a patient gets out of hand for different reasons, whether they do not have the necessary resources, because they detected a very distiempose illness (because the patient did not precced symptoms or are not went to review in time) or for a terminal illness.

5. They are not relaxed; they have not left their troubles temporarily behind them.

5.1. Patients have many problems in their daily lives (personal and work) wich are not finished by going to the doctor so they would prefer to stay in their respective places so that they can solve them so they expect to receive good treatment from the medical staff.

6. The doctor is obligated to do everything the patient needs.

6.1. The doctor connot deny the attention or treatment to anyone, the doctor is strictly obliged to attend to all Parsons can not discriminate by social class, race, age, etc.
