1. Vision- Our members, instructors come together as one big fitness family and are dedicated to each other's success. Our aim is to help everyone reach their fitness goals no matter what skill or ability we are all equal.
2. clientele- Part of our brand Equality fitness is that we welcome every different type of demographic but the most likely demographic we will target would be women,eldery, youth and the disabled community.
3. Budgeting- 25k
3.1. Equipment- Smaller weight rack, yoga mats, swizz ball, boxing gloves, foam rollers, shelves, resistance bands, pump, first aid kit, sanitising equipment, paper towels, water tank, box jump, speaker sound system, smoke alarms.
3.1.1. Building design- walls have our branding around it, murials, colour etc.
4. Health and safety considerations- Building has smoke alarms, fire exit, disabled bathrooms as well as disabled access to get into the building.
4.1. hygiene- Hygiene must be a huge priorty for our customers, after each session instructors must clean the gym throughly and also incourage our clients to bring gym towels as well.
5. Bussiness name- Equality Fitness
5.1. Location- Near rest homes, schools etc.
6. services- Yoga/stretching classes, elderly disabled mobility sessions, boxing clinics, low/moderate pump sessions

7. Marketing- Facebook instagram pages advertisements, news paper advertisements, panflets etc. and merch for sale for clients to help get the name of our brand out there.
8. Payment from our customers- We want payment to be very flexiable for our customers so we incourage anything that works for them, for example we have memberships you can pay monthly which you can freeze or cancel when you want, we allow casuals to attend classes when they desire.
