2.1. The café is undergoing construction costs will be evaluated in the end.
3. Open Hours
3.1. 5am-11pm
3.2. Early opening for the early birds that start work early.
3.3. Late closing times so costumer's are able to stay and complete working in the café environment.
3.4. The peak times in the Café/ restaurant are 8am the evenings 1pm-3pm the evening 7pm-9pm
3.5. when schools finish at 3pm there is a chance of the High Schoolers will come visit the Café to complete some study and get a feed.
3.6. Older costumers who work in the city will come to the Café to socialize and have a lunch break away from work.
4. Sustainability
4.1. The café has solar panels on the roof as well as a veggie batch on the roof to supply for some of the stock.

4.3. Environmentally friendly resources such as air conditioner, fridge.
5. Atmosphere
5.1. Variety of choices of seating and lounges. Chairs in unique places in the restaurant so that the costumers have a good view of the restaurant and are able to soak in the different features the café offers
5.2. The seating and lounges will be spread out due to COVID-19 and so that our customers can indulge in their own conversation and don't have to compete with others
5.3. There will be outside seating so that people are able to choose what sort of atmosphere they desire, also depending on what type of day it is.

6.1.1.1.2. These colours will bring a neutral vibe when people walk into the Restaurant. therefore a diverse range of people will feel comfortable to come into the Café
6.1.1.1.3. Black and white colours will hopefully make people feel comfortable when the are in the Café and will be able to talk openly, while also enjoying the food we offer.
6.1.1.2. Study Area
6.1.1.2.1. Dark colours will be used for the study
6.1.1.2.2. Darker colours used for a study will be a good idea because when people are at home they like to study in a dim light in a comfy environment
6.1.1.2.3. The study area will be its own private area that is designated to people who came with the intention to get a coffee and go and finish some school work or a business task. This area will be designated and themed for people who want to study. ( no appliances will be provided)
