SURGE Workshop 저자: Mind Map: SURGE Workshop

1. Improve Leadership Skills

1.1. With the seven behaviours to unleash creativity, I am able to improve my leadership skills by encouraging that for not only the children that I work with, but with my colleagues as well.

1.2. Nurturing ideas that children and colleagues suggest, instead of judging them based on any prior knowledge that I might have had

1.3. The stick example that we used improved my leadership skills by not shutting down other's ideas of the uses of the stick

1.3.1. There were so many different ideas that our group came up with that I wouldn't have thought of

1.3.1.1. Imagine everyone giving different ideas to an approach of a situation, we can find great ways of doing things if I don't just focus on my own & assuming that my own thoughts are the "only correct" thinking

2.4.4.1. Why are they here?

2.4.4.2. What do they already know?

2.4.4.3. What do I want them to know?
