1.1. 1. Promoting Gender Diversity
1.1.1. • implement policies which address impediments to gender diversity in the workplace (including parental leave and flexible working arrangements that assist employees to fulfil their domestic responsibilities), and review these policies to ensure that they are available to and utilised by both men and women. • monitor the effectiveness of, and continue to develop initiatives designed to identify, support and develop talented women.
1.2. 2.Code of Conduct
1.2.1. Regis has a formal Code of Conduct which reflects the Regis’s values of integrity, honesty, and respect
1.3. 3. Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
1.3.1. The Regis Healthcare Board has adopted the Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy which supports Regis’ commitment to a high level of integrity and ethical standards in all of its business practices
1.4. 4. WHISTLEBLOWER REPORTING
1.4.1. Employees are encouraged to report unlawful or unethical conduct either direct to their manager or the People and Culture Team or under Regis’s Whistleblower Protection Policy to the Company Secretary or our independent reporting hotline called STOPline.

2. PERFORMANCE RELATED INITIATIVES
2.1. Initiative 1: Environment Sustainable Operations
2.1.1. - Installation of solar panels - Replacement of high-energy use lighting with LEDs - Education of employees and community on individual actions to reduce environmental impacts - currently rolling out 1.6MWs of solar and 17,000 LED lights across Australia.
2.2. Initiative 2 : Research on indoor air quality and impact on health and wellbeing
2.2.1. As part of the research, Regis will have monitors installed which will track enhancements in indoor air quality by monitoring a range of parameters including temperature, relative humidity, carbon dioxide concentration level, dust particles and pathogens
2.3. Initiative 3: Regis Wynnum's Harvest Garden
2.3.1. Regis Wynnum (QLD) launched their ‘Harvest Garden’ in April 2019. In early 2019, residents, during a meeting, were given the opportunity to begin a sustainable vegetable garden
2.4. Initiative 4: Engagement and Education
2.4.1. embed sustainability into our decision making processes, promote organisational and individual learning, and to build a positive and enabling culture which fosters sustainable behaviour.
