2.1.1. All workers in Colombia have some benefits when they work with a company, they are: -Holiday bonus -Help with children study -Free parking - Corporate phone - Vacations - Some help with transport -Extralegal bonus

2.2. Help from the goverment

2.2.1. In Colombia the goverment don´t give helps or money to the workers, it only have something that helped the companies to give extra money to their employees. For the unemployed people they had a program called "solidary bonus" and "unemployed program" that helps those people but with a little amount of money

2.3.1. The labor rights in Colombia are related with the European history, so it started with the abolition of slaves. Years after with the industrial revolution Colombia recognize the workers rights and the precary conditions started desapearing. Now in Colombia it supose that those precary conditions doesn´t exist with the appearing of the minimum salary

2.4.1. In Colombia actually is illegal that children works in factories but here we have the porblem with children selling things in the street sometimes caused by their parents. Also the goverment is fighting to finish this problem because those people are privating children education. The last problem that now is minimum is the people who trafficate children that is a bad kind of children work
