1.1.1.1. FDR did not want to do what Woodrow Wilson did in World War 1 and cause a ruckus for the country.
1.1.2. Pearl Harbor marked a turning point as we declared war on Germany, Japan, Italy
1.1.2.1. after that we became interventionists and now intervene on foreign affairs (Korea, Vietnam, Middle East)
