1. Practice physical movements in your mind then with your body
1.1. First think about your movement going to do in your head, then show it!
2. Teach & play a series of non-competitive games
2.1. Kids will play games where it doesn't matter who wins or loses
3. Give verbal explanation of gymnastics routines
3.1. If my students are confused about a sport, then we will talk it out and use pictures
4. Design a physical exercise using routine using a matrix
4.1. Use a treadmill and get kids to run on it for a little bit
5. Perform physical exercise rountines
5.1. Have kids be ready to move and get active
6. Be your own leader
6.1. Be your own person, don't let other kids tell you want to do.
7. Perform & discuss how different physical exercises make you feel
7.1. Whenever we do exercise as a whole, don't feel like you have to do it if you don't feel comfortable
8. Grow vegetables, fruit, herbs & use them in cooking
8.1. Even if it's not relating to PE, it's talking about going to the garden and growing food
9. Learn a series of "spatial games" horseshoes ring toss
9.1. Finding new games everyday to learn about and show kids
10. Be Positive
10.1. Respect, positivity, not putting others down, friendly competition
