2.1. Mobile devices can cause distractions such as phone calls, email alerts and knowledge that the user might be doing something different. The average mobile user also has a short attention span: most people skim headlines and prefer bite-sized content to long articles. To be successful, developers must create mobile learning courses that gain and hold a user's attention and can compete against distractions. (Gutierrez, n.d.)

3. Lack of internet connection or electricity

3.1. If your students do not have access to the Internet or electricity, using mobile devices for e-learning might be a challenge.(Consultores, 2020)
