Cleaning BAI

1. Go to author A's HEPNames record, click on the Author ID

1.1. 1. See if BAI is assigned

1.1.1. If yes:

1.1.1.1. 2. Go to person search, search for A and see if his/her publications appear in other publication lists

1.1.2. If no:

1.1.2.1. Find a publication list whose BAI reflects A's name, see if the list contains mostly A's work
