1. Target Audience
1.1. 80% of the students at college are 16-20 Year olds
1.2. The desktop should be for both male and female and it should not be suited more towards one.
1.3. The desktop should use suitable images and they shouldnt be unapropriate.
2. Theme
2.1. The theme should be suitable for a college and should not include things like War, Violence, Weapons, Racism and any other Adult Content.
