3. Richer people have access to money to where they can run a business or start a business and pay other people to run it.

3.1. When someone can open a business they can get more money to spend on an education if they wanted to .

4. Can spend more money on school to get smarter.

4.1. They do not have an issue with spending a lot of their money on school so they can go for how ever long they want to

5. Some people who have money that are not smart always have the chance of becoming smart
