The payment and deliveries process is very easy while using Amazon.com is very convenient. Customers could just click on the item they desire and their choice of deliveries. This is all the process customers have to do in order to buy their product.

1.2.1. Instagram is one of the social media tool to use for online shopping. According to the article by Sydney Parker, “ Instragram has over 500 million active monthly users and those users have shared over 40 billion photos”. As a result, it is no surprise that some producer try to put their product on instagrams. According to business insider, Chirst Austin, an artist, makes a liviing from art commission and 25% of his income is generated through Instragrm. This shows that now people have been using social media to make profits. Some of the retailers on instragram are successfull because they know that there are people who addicted to social media, nevertheless they will start looking those shop through their social media.

There also a feature where it stated whether that product has sold out or not. This app help the buyer saving time from going to the store. Adidas app also have come special coupon and promo-code that let the user get a reduce price of the product. As a result, Adidas app is one of the many app that become successful in e-commerce. Instead of having to get other apps, using Adidas app user might get a coupon that can save some of the money. This strategy work really well base on the statistic growth of people who download the application.

Instead of going to those shop and seek what the shop might or might not have it, the customer can just look on the website and guarantees that the product will deliver to their house. 4.1. Overall, the impact of technology has influenced the way people purchased things. The invention of internet has become one of the major change on how people buy things. Nowadays, there are application,online shopping website, or social media that consumer can find their desire product. All of these tools are created for the consumer’s convenience and user-friendly. As a result, people are willing to try new things for their own benefit.
