The Life Cycle of Spiders

1. Egg Stage

1.1. Female spider lays thousands of eggs and wraps them in a silk egg sac.

2. Egg Sac Stage

2.1. During this time, the female spider will carry the egg sac on her back or even in her mouth. She also may hide the sac under a rock to be extra careful.

3. Baby Spiderlings

3.1. The baby spiders will hatch.

4. Adult Spiders

4.1. The spiderlings are grown up. They will begin to have their own babies usually before Winter.

5. Spiderlings

5.1. The baby spiders are either on their own immediately or they stay on their mother's back to be fed. Once the are old enough, these spiderlings will jump off of their mother's back.
