INSUFFICIENT PARKING IN UUM CAMPUS

1. CAUSE

1.1. too many cars and other vehicles in campus

1.2. student who do not have/apply for vehicle sticker/permit also bring their vehicle

1.3. some people take up two parking spaces

2. IMPACT

2.1. have to spend a long time to find a vacant parking space

2.2. late to attend class because of time spent to find a vacant parking space

3. GOALS

3.1. to lessen the number of vehicles in campus

3.2. to encourage students to utilize the shuttle buses in campus

3.3. to encourage students and staffs to car-pool instead of driving their own vehicle

4. SOLUTIONS

4.1. take action to students who does not own a vehicle sticker/permit

4.2. increasing the number of shuttle buses in campus

4.3. charge those who want to use the parking; e.g., parking ticket or coupon
