3.2. Provide training for employees on workplace safety and compliance

3.3. Handles health benefits and negotiates wages for employees

4. Marketing

4.1. Creates and promotes the company brand

4.2. Conducting customer and market research

4.3. Works with the product development team to develop new products or improve existing ones

5. Public Relations

5.1. Responsible for creating a media footprint for artists

5.2. Liaison between production labels, artists and the media

5.3. Secure interviews with newspapers, blogs, tv stations, and/ or radio stations for artist/ label
