4.1. A futurist who believes that continued progression of provision of material items for mankind can be met by similarly continued advances for technology. Fundamentally they believe that there is enough matter and energy on the Earth to provide for the population of the world.

5. Anthropocentric

5.1. Regarding humankind as the central or most important element of existence.

6. Technocentric

6.1. Technology and its ability to control and protect the environment.
