1. Pathophysiology

1.1. Melanoma is a type of skin cancer, that develops from melanocytes. This type of skin cancer is said to developed from environmental exposure ex.UV light and genetic susceptibility which can result genetic mutation (melanocytes).

1.2.1. Skin exposed to UV lights or tanning beds can cause injury to the epidermis layer of the skin. The result of this can cause cells to be damage and malfunction and then form itself as cancerous.
