3.1. This is very important especially in my chosen area of study as film can be stressful and keeping a cool head on a film set can make-or-break getting the shot, whether you're in-charge of logistics, holding the camera or doing the sound etc.

4.1. Mood & Self-worth

4.1.1. This can help with the social side of film: working as a team. Bringing a friendly and warm atmosphere to the set can help foster a higher morale and better productivity.

4.2. Self-control

4.2.1. To be a good filmmaker or photographer, you have to persevere with your goals, as making the film or taking the photo can take a long while which involves planning, executing and editing the product.

5. Learning to Learn

5.1. Learning Agility

5.1.1. This is the ability to both learn new skills and unlearn old mentalities that are no longer relevant, useful in staying relevant in the job market.

5.1.2. Being able to reflect upon the experience, looking at academic sources related to the experience, can help with improving the experience next time. (e.g. Kolb's Experiential Learning Theory)

6. Physical Health

6.1. Benefits include: improve sleep, maintains stress, maintains weight, reduces the risk of back and joint pain etc.

6.2. Getting enough quality sleep, eating the right food, not staying sitting and going outdoors helps with physical health, and, in turn, learning.

7. Reflection

7.1. Being open-minded helps us see the bigger picture.

7.2. Models include: Gibb's Reflective Learning Cycle and Kolb's Experiential Learning Theory

7.3. Locus of Control: having an internal LOC means believing that you can change your own future, and can lead to more success.
