1. The Goal is to create a solution to combat/reduce Youth Unemployment.
2. Promote entrepreneurship amongst the Youth as entrepreneurship stimulates job creation
3. On the job learning is also a great way to combat issue of lack of experience.
4. Alleviate mismatch of skills
5. Have workshops and class which include practical learning.
6. Build a website/app which is laden with short online courses that's sole purpose is to upskill the the clients.
7. There are 2 main ways we can combat Youth Unemployent.
7.1. Either we can aim to create and increase the number of jobs available to graduates and matriculants or we can aim to upskill them and make them more employable
8. Create a business that places emphasis on workers, A business that requires a lot of workers
9. Build a training center that aims to bring in specialist to teach clients new skills that they can make use of in the workplace.
10. Implement more practical work/courses into university, to provide graduates with experience while they study
11. Implement government incentives in order to motivate HR departments to reform their HR practices into a version which constantly seeks to upskill workers
