1. Textbooks recommended / approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine to use in school practice. In addition, for didactic needs, the teacher can include in his work other educational literature, electronic tools and illustrative materials that contribute to the achievement of certain goals

5. Key competencies are formed at once by means of all subjects and are aim-subject. The basis for their formation is cross-cutting skills

The direction of the educational process on the formation of students' ability to integrally combine the acquired knowledge, formed skills, acquired educational experience, worldview values, attitudes and beliefs with active creative independent research activities within the guidelines outlined by the curriculum in the process of selection and use of language and information material for the production of oral and written texts and to identify foreign language utterances in the process of their perception during reading and listening
8. The task of foreign languages is to develop skills:
8.1. understand by ear the meaning of authentic texts
8.2. read and understand authentic texts of different genres and types with different levels of understanding of the content
