2.1.2. - Create and assemble content & media in chosen authoring tool - Test it out! Try it through the learner’s lens - Review and revise based on feedback

2.1.2.1. Questions to ASK:

2.1.2.2. Can the learner progress in the way I designed? Does the chosen authoring tool serve the design? What feedback or revisions are needed?

3.1.2. Develop Training for Facilitators & Learners: - Cover curriculum - Learning outcomes - Delivery method - Testing/assessment procedures - Relevant technology tools

3.1.2.2. What questions or issues do the Facilitators or Learners have so far? Any noticeable glitches or errors? Are the assessments matching the prior instruction and activities? Are the instructional steps and activities adequately preparing the learner for each assessment?

5.1.1. ACTION STEPS

5.1.2. FORMATIVE & SUMMATIVE: - Formative = Each stage - feedback? Reflections? - Summative = Test design and preparing feedback opportunities - Learner surveys

5.1.2.1. Questions to ASK:

5.1.2.2. Did we meet the goals as set out in the analysis phase? What feedback can you integrate back into the course? Any other gaps noted from the learner surveys? Possible change in media types or approach?
