1. Vitamin b3( Niacin )

1.1. Function: essential component of the enzyme system which involved in the release of energy from carbohydrates and fat. sources meat, fish, poultry, potatoes , whole grain food and liver. Deficiency may lead to pellagra ,scaly sores , diarrhea, loss of memory Toxicity occurs in people who take high doses supplements symptoms-flushing of skin, tingling sensation in hands and feet, liver damage , blurred vision, glucose intolerance

2. -Able to dissolve in water, will be excreted through urine if not used immediately, must be restored frequently as they cannot be stored, Toxicity is rare.

3. Vitamin b2(riboflavin)

3.1. Responsible for release of enrgy from food, needed for grwoth and devlopement of our body Sources,dairy products, eggs , meat , green leafy vegetables, liver and soya beans deficiency may cause ariboflavinosis, inflammation of the tounge, dry scaly lips, red patches on the skin and eyes, nerve disorder
