4.1. Equal Rights Amendment- Equal rights under the law shall not be denied by any government or state because of sex
4.2. National Organization for Women- Work with business and states to push for equality and get them behind the act of ratifying the Equal Rights Amendment
4.3. Use social platforms and just any platform available to speak out about women's equality and the history of it. There are many ways to inform others and give facts about women and girls being paid, treated, or talked to differently than a man.
