1.1. ADVANTAGE:
1.1.1. If a node breaks, network is not affected.
1.2. DISADVANTAGE:
1.2.1. If the main cable breaks, the entire network fails.
2. Star Topology
2.1. ADVANTAGE:
2.1.1. Easy to add new devices to the network.
2.2. DISADVANTAGE:
2.2.1. If the hub fails, the whole network fails.
3. Ring Topology
3.1. ADVANTAGE:
3.1.1. Easy to detect failures.
3.2. DISADVANTAGE:
3.2.1. Difficult to add new devices to the network.
4. Mesh Topology
4.1. ADVANTAGE:
4.1.1. If a system fails, network is not affected.
4.2. DISADVANTAGE:
4.2.1. Installation is difficult.
5. Tree Topology
5.1. ADVANTAGE:
5.1.1. More devices can be added easily.
5.2. DISADVANTAGE:
5.2.1. If root node fails, entire netwok fails.
