In order to compare the 3 forms they must be made into the same form, I like whole numbers, so multiply a decimal by 10 or 100 to get a whole number, convert a fraction to a decimal then convert that to a whole number and a percentage must be divided by 100 to make a decimal then multiplied to make a whole number.
