1. Definition - The shift in teaching and learning strategies in becoming an 21st century educator is a transformational shift in educational - as our course develops we will be charting this shifts

How we plan instruction will change - a shift will occur in how we plan our lessons - old method was for our lesson to be written for the teacher - a new shift will occur where our lesson will be written online for student - teachers will need to become aware of how they deliver this instruction and the issues that may occur when developing in this new area
