You should invest 200,000 USD in PropMap создатель Mind Map: You should invest 200,000 USD in PropMap

1. You should invest in PropMap

1.1. We validated two of our business models and are validating many promising ones.

1.1.1. We are validating: - PropCV: an alternative to CV for job seekers to present their qualities in a new, clearer way (as a tree) in which each quality is backed pointedly by facts, reference, or documents. - PropVote: an alternative to ballot for voters to vote with facts instead of faith.  - PropEdu: an alternative to graduation papers (for students/researchers) or teaching materials (for lecturers) where each piece of knowledge/conclusion/insight is based on one another. - ProPublish: an alternative to new article for journalists to start with the conclusion at the top and all evidence below it, which was provided by the same journalist or others. This way journalists can collaborate in investigation; their information can always be updated and linked.

1.1.2. PropDeck - a startup evaluation tool as an alternative to pitch deck for startups to convince investors - is validated

1.1.2.1. PropDecks prepared for 10 early adopters helped these startups get invested, featured, admitted to incubators/accelerators, win prizes, or get a second chance meeting with investors

1.1.2.1.1. Artchemy, using PropDeck instead of their pitch deck, won the INCO Pitching Tournament

1.1.2.1.2. Pichutz, using PropDeck, got admitted to Techstars

1.1.2.1.3. Feedback, using PropDeck in their video, got featured on Product Hunt

1.1.2.2. "Geeting investment" is a strong enough incentive for startups to seriously build a PropMap and even pay for it.

1.1.2.2.1. Early adopters who achieved progress thanked to PropDeck agreed to pay if I charge.

1.1.2.2.2. Managers at corporations tend to make decisions themselves and are not willing to listen to subordinates. They are also lazy to build a PropMap. But startups are more willing to go extra mile to achieve their goals, because they are more desperate and driven to success.

1.1.3. PropHR - a personnel appraisal tool for HR managers and headhunters -was invalidated, but still promising.

1.1.3.1. Out of 20 HR managers and headhunters we sent a demo to, none expressed interest.

1.1.4. FeedLoop - a customer feedback analysis service and decision-making tool - was validated.

1.1.4.1. Out of 20 corporations we talked to, 10 promised to pay for it.

1.2. Our founders are dedicated, passionate, and aptly capable.

1.2.1. The Founder/Product manager has been developing the core ideas since 2010, pivoted many times, started up and failed twice. (CV attached)
