1. She is expected to back the manager up all the way through to implement the project. In my opinion, she should play a major role in aligning the LTO with the aims of the project.
1.1. She should be engaged in the project via push communication and consultation so that she grows interested in the project.
2. Mrs Pournamdar serves as a supervisor in the girls' branch with little formal ELT training and she is entirely against the project.

4. Our teacher appear to be willing to have formal training
4.1. They will be able to enormously contribute to the LTO through their support. Our teachers play a key role in the outcome of the project.
4.1.1. I will employ consultation approach to provide them with sufficient knowledge elf the training programme. Besides, I recommend handbooks, messages and letters to engage them in the project.
5. Mr Maghsoudi & Mrs Nazeri are the primary shareholders and investors. They are rather skeptical about external training abroad thanks to their unfamiliarity with the current trends in ELT. In my view, they are mostly concerned about discovering ways of increasing profitability.
5.1. Since they hold the purse strings, the outcome is to an extraordinarily large extent dependant on their approval of the project.
5.1.1. Face-to-face communication can best lend itself to stakeholder engagement at this level. Joint decision making can make a mighty contribution to stakeholder engagement as well.
