5.1. -System could have a bug -If there are lots of people who wants to access the system, it could go down -The system might not be updated frequently

6.1. Petition classes are very hard to process especially in reserving slots and contacting the person in-charge in the documents that are needed to be processed. Announcements of dates are also delayed and they are not following it properly.

7.1. -To provide the students efficient petition class reservation -To assign specific persons in the submission of documents needed -To make sure of the slots in every student

8.1. -Reservation of slots are not sure in every student -Person in-charge in the submission of documents is not specific -Announcement of specific dates are not followed -Students are confused on where to pass the documents

9.1. -Professors do not have enough time to process the petition classes of the students especially the enlistment. -IICS office cannot give enough petition class for the students who need slots.
