1.1. -has ability to be funny and aware of the sensibilities of the group in work environment. always ready to break up debilitating interpersonal tension and to smooth awkward moments of first meeting.

2. INFORMATION PROVIDER

2.1. -has research skills that more than group's norms and expert knowledge of discussion topic. the information provider must find research and prepare accurate information.

3. CENTRAL NEGATIVE

3.1. -has same abilities as task leader and continually challenges task leader for the leadership of the group. there are 3 leadership functions that central negative most frequently attempts to perform such as evaluating ideas, making agendas and instigating conflicts.

7.1. -must be well liked and also have experience to handling interpersonal problems and good on emotional intelligence, ability to empathize other people.

8.1. -has ability to probe ideas under discussion incisively without threatening or alienating group member without challenging task leader.

9. ACTIVE LISTENER

9.1. -predominantly nonverbal and supportive behaviors characterize the role of active listener.

10. SELF-CENTRE FOLLOWER

10.1. -the only one counter--productive role. the person against the group's goal and narcissistically out for themselves. the person also not a team player but engage in deviant communication behavior that take away energy and time from group.
